The data mining area is still relatively young, and tools that support the whole of the data mining process in an easy to use fashion are either rare to find or still in the process of development. But if Data mining is integrated properly with CRM solutions, over a period of time, data mining can even become the backbone of CRM solutions that would help to build and maintain long term, healthy and profitable customer relationships.
Thus we can obviously understand that Data mining can add power to CRM and make it work more effective and efficient than ever before. And thus we can conclude that Data mining has the power to change 'CRM' into 'power CRM'
